How cancellation works depends on your plan.
Monthly
Cancel any time up to two days before your next dispatch date. There's no fee and no Early Exit Charge — your plan simply stops and you won't be charged again.
After that cut-off your next order is already being prepared, so it can't be cancelled or refunded.
3, 6 or 12-month plans
Cancel during your final month with no fee. Cancelling earlier means an Early Exit Charge — the difference between what you've paid on your discounted plan rate and what you'd have paid without a commitment discount, for the doses you've received.
Cancelling a renewal
Fixed plans renew automatically for the same length. If you don't want yours to renew, let us know at least two weeks before your next dispatch date.
That's a longer notice period than the two days that applies on Monthly, because renewing starts a new plan term. We'll email you three weeks beforehand as a reminder.
Stopping for medical reasons
If your prescriber advises you to stop, or you need to stop because of side effects, pregnancy or a contraindication, there's no Early Exit Charge and any months paid for but not received are refunded pro-rata.
