How cancellation works depends on which plan you're on.
One-off plans
There's nothing to cancel — your plan is a single month of treatment and ends automatically after that month. You won't be charged again.
3, 6, 9, or 12-month plans — cancelling in your final month
You can cancel your plan at any time during the final month of your plan period without paying a fee. Just send us a request through the contact form before your final month ends.
3, 6, 9, or 12-month plans — cancelling early
You can also cancel earlier than the final month, but an early cancellation fee will apply.

- Our team will explain how the cancellation process works and confirm the fee amount before processing
- The fee reflects the value of the discount applied to your plan and our administrative costs
You'll always know the fee before anything is processed.
How to cancel
Send a request through the contact form with:
- Your full name
- Your registered email address
- Which plan you're on
- Whether you're cancelling in your final month (no fee) or early (fee applies)
Cancellations can't be done through the dashboard.
If you're cancelling for a clinical reason
If you need to stop treatment due to side effects, pregnancy planning, or any medical concern — get in touch. Our prescriber will review your case.
Alternatives to cancelling
Before cancelling, consider:
- Pausing — if you need a temporary break (e.g. holiday). See our article on pausing
