Refunds depend on what's happened to your order and which plan you're on.
When you'll get an automatic refund
- Order rejected by the prescriber — full refund within 3-5 working days
- Order cancelled before approval — full refund within 3-5 working days
How to request a refund
Message us through Support in your Bliss dashboard or the contact form with your order number and the reason. We'll review and respond.
When refunds aren't possible
- You changed your mind after the order was dispatched (POMs can't be refunded by law)
- You've used the medication and decided you don't want to continue
- You're cancelling after the billing date for the current month
If you're on a 3, 6, 9, or 12-month plan
You can cancel during the final month of your plan with no fee, or earlier with an early cancellation fee. See our cancellation article for full details.
How long refunds take
Once approved, refunds appear in your account within 3-10 working days depending on your bank.
