Response times
We aim to respond within 48 hours during working days. For urgent medical issues, call 111 or 999.
When to use 999 or 111 instead
- Severe stomach pain that radiates to your back
- Signs of an allergic reaction (swelling, difficulty breathing)
- Severe vomiting that's stopping you eating or drinking
- Any medical emergency
