How to log your weight
- Log in at bliss.co.uk
- On the Home page, you'll see a "Log your weight" card
- Enter your weight in kg and click Log weight
You can also visit the Progress section in the sidebar for a more detailed view of your weight journey, BMI, and progress towards your goal.
Why we ask you to track
- To monitor your progress and adjust your treatment if needed
- To confirm clinical progress against the 5% body weight loss threshold for continued treatment
- To help your prescriber make informed decisions about dose changes
Tips for accurate tracking
- Weigh yourself at the same time each week (e.g. first thing in the morning)
- Use the same scales
- Wear similar clothing each time (or none)
- Log even if your weight has gone up — patterns over time matter most
