How do I track my weight?

Your Bliss dashboard has built-in tracking so you can see your progress over time.

How to log your weight

  1. Log in at bliss.co.uk
  2. On the Home page, you'll see a "Log your weight" card
  3. Enter your weight in kg and click Log weight

You can also visit the Progress section in the sidebar for a more detailed view of your weight journey, BMI, and progress towards your goal.

Why we ask you to track

  • To monitor your progress and adjust your treatment if needed
  • To confirm clinical progress against the 5% body weight loss threshold for continued treatment
  • To help your prescriber make informed decisions about dose changes

Tips for accurate tracking

  • Weigh yourself at the same time each week (e.g. first thing in the morning)
  • Use the same scales
  • Wear similar clothing each time (or none)
  • Log even if your weight has gone up — patterns over time matter most
