Yes — but timing matters.
Before your order is dispatched
Easy. Log in to your Bliss account and update your delivery address, or message us. If your order hasn't gone out yet, we'll update it for that dispatch and all future ones.
After dispatch
Once your order has been picked up by the courier, we can't change the destination from our end. Your options are:
- Redirect with the courier directly — most couriers have a tracking page where you can redirect to a different address, neighbour, or pickup point. Check your tracking email
- Have it held at a local depot for you to collect
- Refuse delivery — the parcel will return to us. Once we receive it back, we may not be able to redispatch the same medication due to cold chain rules. A replacement may incur a charge — speak to us first
Permanent address change
Update your address in your Bliss account settings. All future orders will go to the new address.
Going on holiday
If you're away when your next order is due, we can sometimes dispatch a few days early so it arrives before you leave. Message us at least 5 working days before your usual dispatch date.
