Your medication is dispatched in temperature-controlled packaging via tracked next-day courier. We take cold chain seriously — GLP-1s need to be kept between 2°C and 8°C until they reach you.
What to expect
- An email with tracking details the moment your order leaves us
- Delivery on the next working day after dispatch
- A signature or age verification may be required on delivery
- Packaging includes ice packs and an insulated liner to keep the medication cold
Important — when your medication arrives
- Open the package as soon as possible
- Put the medication in your fridge straight away (2–8°C)
- Don't put it in the freezer or near the back of the fridge where it might freeze — frozen medication must not be used
- Keep it in the original box, away from light
