Welcome to Bliss — we're really glad to have you. Here's exactly what happens next.
1. Medical questionnaire
Right after signing up, you'll complete a detailed medical questionnaire. This is what your prescriber uses to decide whether GLP-1 treatment is right and safe for you, and which medication and dose to start with. Be honest and thorough — anything you leave out can delay your prescription or affect your safety.
2. Choose your medication and plan
You'll select:
- Your medication — Mounjaro, Wegovy, or Saxenda (your prescriber may recommend an alternative if needed)
- Your plan length — one-off, 3, 6, or 9 months. Longer plans cost less per month
3. Photo ID and weight verification
You'll be asked to upload a photo of yourself and proof of weight. This helps us verify your identity and confirm eligibility.
4. Prescriber review
One of our independent prescribers reviews your information — usually within 24 hours on working days. They may approve your prescription, ask follow-up questions, or in some cases decline if treatment isn't suitable.
5. First payment and dispatch
Once approved, you'll be charged for your first month. Your medication is dispensed and dispatched in temperature-controlled packaging via tracked next-day delivery.
6. Nutrable activation
Your unique Nutrable code is emailed to you and also appears in your Bliss dashboard once your order ships.
7. Welcome onboarding
Log in at bliss.co.uk to access your welcome programme — coaching content, a video on how to inject, your treatment plan, and access to your team. The Home and Your Programme sections are the best place to start.
Monthly shipments
After your first dispatch, your medication ships automatically each month for the length of your plan. You don't need to reorder.
From sign-up to medication in your hand is usually 2–4 working days.
