Here's what happens once you've completed your assessment.
1. Your details
You'll choose your medication — Mounjaro, Wegovy or Saxenda. Your prescriber may recommend an alternative if it's more suitable for you.
2. Your plan
You'll choose Monthly, or a 3, 6 or 12-month plan. Longer plans cost less per month and include a discount on your first order.
3. Photo ID and weight verification
You'll be asked to upload photo ID and a recent weight photo. This is a regulatory requirement and your prescriber can't approve treatment without it.
4. Prescriber review
A prescriber reviews your assessment. This usually takes a few hours but can take up to 24. You'll be emailed either way.
5. Dispatch
Once approved, payment is taken and your medication is dispatched in cold-chain packaging with tracking.
