When you sign up for Bliss, you choose how long you want to commit to treatment. There are five options.
The five plan options
- One-off — a single month of treatment, no commitment. Best if you want to try the treatment without committing
- 3-month plan — paid monthly over 3 months, at a lower monthly cost than one-off
- 6-month plan — paid monthly over 6 months, at an even lower monthly cost
- 9-month plan — paid monthly over 9 months, a better monthly rate again
- 12-month plan — paid monthly over 12 months, our best monthly rate
For most patients, 3-6 months is when meaningful weight loss happens, but longer plans tend to be the most cost-effective option overall.
How payments work
All plans are paid monthly — you don't pay upfront for the whole plan. You're charged when your order is approved by the prescriber, then on the same date each month for the length of your plan.

- Bliss dashboard access — coaching, content, treatment plan
- Nutrable membership
- Cold-chain delivery (where required)
The plan length doesn't change what's included — only how much you pay per month.
Why longer plans cost less
Weight loss takes time. Patients who commit to longer plans tend to see better results, and we want to reward that commitment with a better monthly rate.
Can I change my plan?
Yes — you can change your medication strength and your delivery date at any time through your Bliss dashboard. For changes to plan length, contact our team.
Can I cancel?
- One-off plans — there's nothing to cancel, they end automatically after the single month
- 3, 6, 9, or 12-month plans — you can cancel during the final month with no fee, or earlier with an early cancellation fee
