When you sign up for Bliss, you choose how you'd like to pay for treatment. There are four options.
The four plan options
- Monthly — rolls month to month with no commitment. Cancel any time up to two days before your next dispatch date
- 3-month plan — paid monthly, at a lower monthly cost than Monthly
- 6-month plan — paid monthly, at an even lower monthly cost
- 12-month plan — paid monthly, at the lowest monthly cost
All plans are billed monthly. The longer the plan, the lower your monthly cost — and the committed plans also include a discount on your first order, which Monthly doesn't.
Why your monthly amount varies
GLP-1 medication is titrated, meaning your dose steps up in stages over the first few months. Different doses are priced differently, so your monthly amount reflects the dose you're on that month. Once you reach your maintenance dose it usually settles.

Can I cancel?
- Monthly — yes, any time up to two days before your next dispatch date. No fee. Once an order has been dispatched it can't be cancelled or refunded
- 3, 6 or 12-month plans — cancel during your final month with no fee, or earlier with an Early Exit Charge
What happens at the end of a fixed plan
3, 6 and 12-month plans renew automatically for the same length at the same rate, so your treatment doesn't lapse. We'll email you three weeks before your plan renews.
You can cancel, upgrade to a longer plan for a further discount, or switch to Monthly — but you need to do it at least two weeks before your next dispatch date.
