From sign-up to medication in your hand is typically 2-4 working days. Here's the timeline.
Day 1 — Sign up
You sign up at bliss.co.uk, complete the medical questionnaire, choose your medication and plan length, and upload ID and proof of weight.
Day 1-2 — Prescriber review
One of our independent prescribers reviews your consultation. This usually happens within 24 hours on working days. If anything needs clarifying, they'll be in touch.
Day 2-3 — Dispensing
Once approved, your medication is dispensed by our pharmacy team and dispatched the same working day (or the next day if outside dispatch hours).
Day 3-4 — Delivery
Royal Mail delivers your parcel, usually next-day after dispatch. You'll receive an email with tracking once it's on its way.
What can speed it up
- Have your photo ID ready before you start
- Be honest and thorough in the questionnaire — incomplete info delays approval
- Reply quickly if the prescriber asks for clarification
What can slow it down
- Weekends and bank holidays — no dispatch on those days
- Prescriber needing more information from you
- Postage delays beyond our control
After your first order
From then on, shipments are automatic each month for the length of your plan. You don't need to reorder.
