If our prescriber recommends you stop treatment for a medical reason, there's no Early Exit Charge and you may be entitled to a pro-rata refund for medication you haven't received.
What counts as a clinical stop
- Pregnancy or trying to conceive — GLP-1 medications must be stopped
- Contraindication — you develop a condition or start a medication that means GLP-1 is no longer safe for you
- Intolerance — side effects are severe enough that continuing isn't clinically appropriate
- Any other clinical reason — determined by our prescriber based on your case
How it works
- Contact us and explain what's happening
- Our prescriber reviews your case
- If they confirm treatment should stop, we cancel your plan without any Early Exit Charge
- Any months you've paid for but haven't received medication are refunded pro-rata
How to raise it
Use the contact form and tell us you need to stop for medical reasons. If you'd rather speak to the clinical team first, submit a request through Support in your Bliss dashboard.
What if I'm not sure it's clinical?
Get in touch anyway. Our prescriber will make the call. If the reason isn't clinical, we'll explain your options — including whether the Early Exit Charge would apply — before you decide.
Trying for a baby
If you're planning to conceive, you must stop GLP-1 treatment at least 2 months before trying. Contact us as soon as you're planning — we'll handle the pause or cancellation appropriately.
