No — your monthly rate is locked for the length of your plan. What you paid at signup is what you'll pay every month until your plan ends.
What "locked" means
- Your monthly rate doesn't change if our standard prices go up
- Your monthly rate doesn't change if we launch new plan offers
- Your monthly rate doesn't change based on medication cost fluctuations
You're protected for the length of your plan.
Exceptions — when the rate can change
- You change dose or medication — if you move to a different medication or higher dose, the price for that new medication applies from your next billing cycle onwards. Your prescriber will let you know before any change
- You switch plan length — moving to a longer or shorter plan restarts your rate at whatever the current pricing is for that plan
What happens when my plan ends?
When your plan completes, we'll reach out to discuss renewal. If you continue on the same plan length, your locked rate stays the same — no price hike. If you move to a longer plan, you'll get an even better rate.
