Your plan pricing is set when you sign up and doesn't change during your plan. But your monthly payment amount can vary from month to month, because your dose steps up as part of standard GLP-1 titration.
What's locked
- You keep your commitment discount for the full length of your plan

- You're protected against changes to plan offers we launch for new patients
What changes month to month
Different doses are priced differently, so:
- Your monthly payment reflects the dose you're on that month
- As your dose increases, the amount typically increases too
- Once you reach your maintenance dose, it usually stays consistent
The price for each month of your plan is shown at checkout before you commit.
First-order discount
If you sign up to a 3, 6 or 12-month plan, your first month includes an introductory discount. It's applied automatically at checkout for eligible new patients and shows in your plan schedule. It's a one-time offer — from your second month onwards your monthly amount follows the standard pricing for your dose.
Monthly plans don't include the introductory discount. You'll pay the standard rate for your dose from the first order.
Exceptions — when pricing can change
- You change dose or medication mid-plan — pricing for the new dose or medication applies from your next billing cycle. Your prescriber will tell you before anything changes
- You switch plan length — moving to a longer or shorter plan starts your pricing at the current rate for that plan
What happens when my plan ends
Committed plans renew automatically for the same length at the same rate. You keep your discount tier. If you'd rather cancel or change plan, let us know at least two weeks before your next dispatch date.
