Yes — you can change your medication strength or switch medications mid-plan, with clinical approval. Your plan term continues; only the price adjusts.
What can change
- Dose — moving up or down within the same medication (e.g. 2.5mg → 5mg)
- Medication — switching between Mounjaro, Wegovy, or Saxenda
How it works
- Contact your clinical team through Support in your Bliss dashboard
- Complete a fresh assessment so the prescriber has up-to-date information
- Our prescriber reviews your case and, if appropriate, approves the change
- The new medication or dose starts with your next dispatch
- Pricing for the new medication or dose applies from your next billing cycle
What stays the same
- Your plan term (3, 6, or 12 months) carries over — the clock keeps running from where it was
- Your plan discount continues — you still get the multi-month rate
What changes
- Your monthly price adjusts to reflect the new medication or dose
- If you're on a higher dose or a more expensive medication, your monthly cost may go up
- If you're moving down a dose, your monthly cost may go down
Introductory offer
If you originally signed up on an introductory or first-month offer, that doesn't apply again when you switch. New pricing reflects the standard rate for the new medication or dose on your plan.
Titration and side effects
If you're switching medications, your prescriber may start you at a lower dose and re-titrate. This is for your safety — side effects can return during re-titration.
