Bliss runs on a plan-based model. You choose your plan length when you sign up, and payments are taken monthly regardless of which plan you choose.
How payments work
- One-off plan — pay once for a single month of treatment, no commitment
- 3-month plan — pay monthly over 3 months, at a lower monthly cost
- 6-month plan — pay monthly over 6 months, at an even lower monthly cost
- 9-month plan — pay monthly over 9 months, a better monthly rate again
- 12-month plan — pay monthly over 12 months, our best monthly rate
The longer your plan, the cheaper your monthly cost. This is our way of rewarding patients who commit to a longer treatment journey.
When you'll be charged
- First payment — when your order is approved by the prescriber
- Subsequent payments — monthly on the same day, until your plan completes
What you're paying for
- Your medication for the month
- Prescriber care and clinical reviews
- Bliss dashboard access — coaching, content, treatment plan
- Nutrable membership
- Cold-chain delivery (where required)
If a payment fails
We'll email you and pause your shipment. Update your card in your Bliss dashboard under Account, and we'll retry.
End of plan
When your plan completes, we'll reach out to discuss next steps — whether that's renewing the same plan, moving to a different length, or pausing.
