Payments are taken monthly on every plan.
- Monthly — paid each month, rolling, no commitment
- 3-month plan — paid monthly over 3 months, at a lower monthly cost
- 6-month plan — paid monthly over 6 months, at an even lower cost
- 12-month plan — paid monthly over 12 months, at the lowest cost
When payments are taken
Your first payment is taken when your prescriber approves your order. After that you're charged monthly, in advance, before each dispatch.
Why the amount can change
Your monthly amount reflects the dose you're on that month. As your dose steps up during titration, the amount usually increases, then settles once you reach your maintenance dose. Your full schedule is shown in your dashboard under Account → Billing.
If a payment fails
We'll retry three times at 24-hour intervals and email you each time. If all three fail, dispatch pauses until payment is resolved.
