You commit to a minimum term when you choose a plan — 3, 6, or 12 months. You're not locked in forever, but there are terms around cancelling early.
What "committing" means
By choosing a multi-month plan, you get a lower monthly rate in exchange for committing to that plan length. That commitment is the basis for the discounted pricing.
You can still stop early
Yes — you can cancel a 3, 6, or 12-month plan at any point. But if you cancel before the final month, an Early Exit Charge may apply.
When there's no charge
- You cancel during the final month of your plan — no fee
- Your prescriber stops treatment for a medical reason (pregnancy, contraindication, intolerance) — no fee, and any unused medication may be refunded pro-rata
- You're on a one-off plan — nothing to cancel, it ends automatically
When the Early Exit Charge applies
If you cancel before the final month for non-medical reasons, an Early Exit Charge applies. See our article on how the Early Exit Charge is calculated for a full worked example.
How to cancel
Contact us through the contact form — cancellations can't be done through the dashboard. Our team will confirm your situation and, if a fee applies, tell you the exact amount before anything is processed.
