You can cancel at any point. Whether a charge applies depends on your plan and when you cancel.
No Early Exit Charge applies if:
- You're on Monthly — cancel any time up to two days before your next dispatch date, no fee
- You cancel during the final month of a 3, 6 or 12-month plan
- You cancel a renewal at least two weeks before your next dispatch date
- Your prescriber stops treatment for a medical reason (side effects, pregnancy, contraindication, intolerance) — no fee, and any unused months are refunded pro-rata
When the Early Exit Charge applies
If you're on a 3, 6 or 12-month plan and cancel before your final month for non-medical reasons.
The charge is the difference between what you've paid at your discounted plan rate and what you'd have paid without a commitment discount, for the doses you've already received.
