Bliss plans are billed monthly, in advance — each payment is taken before your next month's medication is dispatched.
How the cycle works
- You choose a plan length at signup: 3, 6, or 12 months (or a one-off single month)
- Your first payment is taken when your order is approved by the prescriber
- Each following month, we take payment on the same date, then dispatch your next month's medication
- Payments continue at your locked monthly rate for the length of your plan
Why we charge before dispatch
Charging in advance lets us confirm payment before we dispense your medication. It also keeps your treatment continuous — as long as the payment goes through, your next shipment is on its way.
Why some months feel close together
Payment dates are based on when your first order was approved, not the calendar month. If your first order was approved on the 12th, all future payments will be on the 12th. If a month has fewer days (like February), the date shifts slightly.
How to see your billing dates
