You choose your plan at signup: Monthly, or a 3, 6 or 12-month plan. All are billed monthly.
How the cycle works
- Your first payment is taken when your order is approved by the prescriber
- Each following month, payment is taken before that month's medication is dispatched
- Your monthly amount reflects the dose you're on that month
What's locked and what varies
On a committed plan your discount tier is locked for the length of the plan — you're protected from standard price rises. Your monthly amount still varies with your dose as you titrate.
At the end of a plan
Monthly rolls until you cancel.
Committed plans run their full length and then renew automatically for the same length at the same rate, unless you cancel or change plan at least two weeks before your next dispatch date. We'll email you three weeks beforehand.
