Your rate stays the same. You keep your discount tier — renewing on the same plan length means the same monthly pricing for your dose.
We'll remind you
We'll email you three weeks before your plan renews, so you've time to decide.
Before it renews, you can:
- Cancel — up to two weeks before your next dispatch date
- Upgrade to a longer plan — a longer commitment lowers your monthly cost, and you'll get a further discount on top of your existing tier
- Switch to Monthly — roll month to month instead, though Monthly is charged at the standard rate with no discount
Note the deadline
Cancelling a renewal needs two weeks' notice before dispatch — longer than the two days that applies during a Monthly plan, because renewing starts a new plan term.
