When your plan completes, we'll reach out to discuss what's next. Your plan doesn't auto-cancel — it renews at your locked rate unless you tell us otherwise.
What happens by default
Your plan will renew for the same length at your locked monthly rate. So if you're on a 6-month plan at £X per month, it renews as a new 6-month plan at £X per month.
Your options at renewal
- Continue on the same plan — no action needed, we'll continue at your locked rate
- Move to a longer plan — you'll get a step-up credit and an even better monthly rate
- Move to a shorter plan — your rate adjusts to the current pricing for that plan length
- Stop treatment — cancel during the final month of your current plan, no fee
Step-up credit for longer plans
If you move to a longer plan when your current one ends, you'll get a step-up credit applied to your first month. This is our way of thanking you for staying with us.
How to make changes
We'll email you before your plan ends. Reply to that email or contact us through the contact form to:
- Confirm you want to renew at a different plan length
- Cancel before renewal
- Discuss any changes to your treatment
Cancelling to avoid renewal
If you don't want to renew, you must cancel before your final month ends. Cancelling during the final month is fee-free. If you don't cancel and your plan renews, standard cancellation terms apply for the new plan.
