You can update your payment method in your Bliss dashboard at any time.
How to update
- Log in at bliss.co.uk
- Click Account in the sidebar
- Go to Billing or Payment Methods
- Add a new card or update your existing details
Your next monthly payment will be taken from the updated card.
Accepted cards
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
If your card is failing
If a payment doesn't go through, we'll email you. Update your card in your dashboard and we'll retry. If we can't take payment after several attempts, your monthly shipment will be paused until payment is resolved.
Plan continuity
Updating your card doesn't change your plan length or pricing. Your remaining payments continue on the same schedule.
